What is RCMC registration certificate ?

Registration -Cum -Membership Certificate as the name stands ,is a validation certificate to the exporter dealing with products and services registered with an agency/organisation that are authorised by the Government of India .

Who should apply ?

• Person who want to import /export restricted items   
• Avail benefit or concession under Foreign Trade Policy like duty credit scrips ,duty draw back .

Who are the issuing authority ?

Various Export promotion and comodities board  recognized by Govt of India are concrned authorities for issuing RCMC .  

What are the docuements for applying RCMC ? 

Following are the documents   for applying RCMC –

• Import Export Code (IEC) 
• Self attested GST Certificate 
•  Last three year foreign exchange earning certificate duly certified by Chartered Accountant .
• Relevant constitution such as MOA in case of Company ,Partnership deed in case of Partnership firm ,trust deed in case .

What is the validity of the certificate ?

It shal  be deemed to be valid from 1st April of the licensing year in which it was issued and shall  be valid for 5 years ending 31st March of licensing year .

Whether RCMC is mandatory for application under SEIS or MEIS ?

Yes ,no export incentive can be availed without having RCMC .
